I know every place has its ups and downs, but I actually kinda like it here. It's clean and pretty, and close to campus. My neighbors are a little noisy and it took a while for my floor to be fixed, but you can't blame someone for everything. At lesat all the stuff is NEW. It's nice to know that that no one has used my stuff before and it's all mine to enjoy. The office staff has always been super nice, even if it's been a little harried whenever I go in there. One of the nice things is that I get to meet a lot of kids my age and it's really close to campus.
I wasn't going to renew, it felt like too much of a hassle, but the office staff really worked with me to make me happy. The office manager asked what she could do to make me stay, and it made me feel wanted. I know a lot of people want to live in the newest place and that they've probably got people lined up to live here, but they offered me some great deals to keep me and it was nice to know how friendly they were to their current residents.
It's new buildings and new management, so you can't blame a place for craziness the first few years. It'll get better, if not at least the place is nice. And I enjoyed my time here.

Jesus did the office staff write this? That's not in line with any of the feelings my friends have about the place.

And they tried to raise the prices for next year this place is a joke
