BE WARNED: 95% OF THE REVIEWS CAMPUS COURT ON THIS SITE ARE FROM BEFORE IT WAS KNOCKED DOWN AND REBUILT WITH DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP, SO THE 27% APPROVAL IS INACCURATE. ITS MORE LIKE 3%!!!!!!! because everyone that has reviewed for the NEW campus courts has given it a 1.0 out of 5, with two 4.0's (from management). This place sucks and should be burned down and the ashes should be buried underneath the scorched earth. 99% of the apartments still have major problems and everyone that I have met at campus court, friends that live there, neighbors, EVERYONE, hates it here. Ya it may be close to campus but thats about it. LETS REVIEWS CAMPUS COURT APARTMENTS:

PARKING: There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT ALL, don't be fooled, it is SUMMER right now and everyone went home so it may look like there is parking, but there is NOT. I have been lucky, but numerous friends of mine have had their cars towed WITH A PARKING STICKER, and campus court will not reimburse them. THERE IS NO VISITOR PARKING AT THIS ENTIRE COMPLEX, so if you have any friends they have to park on campus at the Lawson Ice Arena and must move their car from there by 8 AM or get a $25 ticket. I don't know about you but my friends typically came up to party and were not FUNCTIONING WELL ENOUGH TO GET UP BY 8 AM TO MOVE THEIR CAR, I HATE YOU SO MUCH CAMPUS COURT.

NOISE: The loudest apartment complex at WMU by far (and not in a good way). Walls are paper thin and many of the apartments are above or below others, so you can literally hear a pin drop in the middle of the night, let alone the blaring of trance at 3 AM on repeat. The "pool parties" are filled with people who do not live here and are more like going to a UFC autograph signing because they are filled with meatheads screaming at the top of their lungs while oiling up their bodies and wearing affliction shirts. The basketball court is also filled up by people who do not live here at all times.

GROUNDS: Broken glass EVERYWHERE, burned couches, used condoms and tampons on the ground, vomit, TONS AND TONS OF DOG CRAP because owners do not understand how to pick up their dog's crap, but mainly because campus court never refills the dog crap bags outside.

SAFETY: Do not leave anything outside of your apartment unless you want it stolen. Do not drive a nice car because jealous people will mess with it. Cops are constantly strolling through Campus Court, but only to give out noise violations and MIP minors.

CONSTRUCTION: Wood floors = cheap fake wood that comes up if you ever spill anything. Do not live in an apartment adjacent to a gas line or chances are that they will need to come and rebuild your living and bedroom walls 2-3 times during the year (which they have done to 2 different friends of mine). Everything in this place was made poorly, from the sliding doors to the carpet.

MAINTENANCE: One of the worst things about campus court. There is no maintenance here, check out the other reviews and you will see the same. It takes MONTHS for them to service your apartment and I have been living with broken blinds from the DAY THAT I HAVE MOVED IN. I have called them weekly about this with no results. There is like one maintenance guy that does everything for this place and they clearly need to hire more people because their system is not working. And make sure to stay in your APT while maintenance is there because they will not lock your front door, will pee all over your toilet seat, and will leave YOUR REFRIGERATOR OPEN.

STAFF: Where do I begin''' The woman that runs this place is delusional and needs to go back to school to learn something about customer service. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE KALAMAZOO PROMISE WOMAN. Anyways, she treats all of the residents as typical "stupid college kids" and thinks that she can deny them the rights she would give older people if she ran a real complex. THere is no respect given to the residents here and they will NEVER listen to your problems. They sent out accounting sheets to numerous people (like me) saying that I owed rent to them and that they were going to take me to court for EVICTION when i did not OWE A DIME. This place is so backwards is ridiculous. I have gotten other people letters form campus court numerous times because they don't even know which residents live where and have gotten calls meant to be for other people. One of the managers, whom I will not name, is addicted to cocaine and tries to get underage resident girls to do it with him at night. CREEPY.

OVERALL: Overall this place sucks. Check out some popular college websites and see for yourself that everyone think this place is bad. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER, just come here to trash the place and get drunk like 99% of the other people do when partying.
