My husband and I lived at Candlewyck for 3 years. It was ok until the management changed. They towed our car for no reason and gave us a garage for one month as an apology. They changed their pet policy to allow dogs and we were never notified. We found out because my husband and I began noticing tons of dog poop and several cats...one day I finally called the office and just asked if they allowed pets and what kind and they said "dogs and cats". The office staff was always rude and we were almost attacked by the drunk that stays across from our building--he said we parked in "his" parking spot!!! HILARIOUS! Then when we called the cops, they made it seem dumb that we even called them. We were EXTREMELY happy to get out of this place.
The layouts were great, and the rent at the time was good. Short of a few rowdy college students we didnt have any problems until the above happened. Afterwards, a lot of people told us we moved to Candlewyck when it was "first going down", I can't imagine how it is now.
