My roommates and I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment, and compared to some of the horror stories I've heard, including a few places I've lived in myself, I have no real complaints. We were given a GREAT deal, fee's waived, reduced rent etc... And our apartment was fairly clean with new appliances. The kitchen floor and bedroom windows had some waterstains, but for 3 college students..we'll survive. The bathroom holes from previous tenants, but again..we'll survive. We've never had a real maintanance issue or need for extensive help from management, but what little we did, they were easy to work with. We needed to extend our lease date by two weeks, and without any difficulty they had us a sign a couple papers and off we went. As for parking, the tow-truck nazis come by each night, so visitors beware. The parking does fill up, especially in winter months. As for noise, we were fairly fortunate, no loud neighbors on our 3rd level. However, the playground was below our balcony and between the dogs and kids, it was common to be woken up early. I would live there again, however my roommates wanted to be closer to campus.
