I agree with other comments here -- the problems seem to stem from poor management; high turnover in the office; concentration on "renovating" surface appearance without fixing root problems. Follow up from management is poor regarding concerns. Mainly, this complex is a haven for disrespectful people. As others have noted, many residents are loud, obnoxious. Children run wild here. Vandalism is high. Students party loudly all night long.

The only positives I can say about the place are it's a good place for dogs -- there are lots of dogs here and there are parks within walking distance -- and maintainence staff are very helpful.

Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
