I have lived at Candlewyck since December of '07. I was reluctant to come here at first, but I didn't want to leave my beagle with my parents. The overall appeal of C-wyck is nice; the buildings look good, and they do a descent job of keeping the grass and parking lots kept up. There are so many closets I can't even buy enough stuff to keep all my closets/cupboards full. The parking situation has finally gotten better..T&J TOWING IS A SCAM!!!!! The maintenance staff is nice and polite, and speedy. I can hear my downstairs neighbors bass sometimes, but I expect that with apartment living. I also think they need to fix-up the extra storage rooms that they have in every building. I don't mind not having a washer/dryer in my apartment, its right outside my door. Overall, I like living at Candlewyck and they gave me $300 off my next months rent for renewing my lease. I think it will continue to get better.
