Don't believe stories about free maintenance -- they charge you for all calls. They charged me when I got my car windshield replaced and needed a new parking sticker, even though I showed them the receipt from the windshield place. The maintenance guys are nice and competent when they show up, and some of the leasing agents are, but other ones are so surly and rude you would think you were trying to steal their first-born child.
