Very Noisy-dogs barking and children playing all night and you can everything your neighbors are doing. Poor lighting in parking areas. Hard to heat-very hight utility bills. You share the gas bill with the entire building. Because they allow dogs, my apartment got fleas and I don't have an animal. Old appliances. My dishwasher never worked, refrigerator leaked. Windows are old and leak-I put plastic on windows and sliding door but there were still drafts. Fireplace let in cold air even though damper was closed. Ceiling in bathroom leaks when upstairs apartment uses bathtub. Sink plug in bathroom sink didn't work. Very bad water, you will never wear anything white as long as you live there!
