The grounds are nice, lots of trees. There is also dog poop everywhere. The buildings look old and have a weird, almost medieval looking design. There is not quite enough parking. The hallways are dark and smell. The apartment walls are very thin and the bedrooms are right next to each other so you hear EVERYTHING. The showers are too small and the doors have been removed. The toilets are not very powerful. The appliances and cupboards are old. The window screens aren't on right. The dryers do not dry your clothes. The building is infested by swarms of ants and spiders; the exterminator guy is nice but it didn't really help. The utility bills are obscene ($250 , a MONTH) especially compared to other apartments in the area. The bathrooms flood sewage into the bedrooms once a month and they will blame you and not do anything about it. Dogs bark all night. The pools are small and often gross, and full of kids.
