so if your a student, make sure you find a building that has a majority of students in it..unfortunately, we got into an apartment that had some students but mostly really ghetto people who take advantage of subsidized housing..basically, we heard the girl upstairs get ----ed everynight by a different guy, the people next door who apparently had 33 people living with them so they had to turn the music up loud so everybody could hear, and on top of that, they would yell over the music to talk to each other..then there were the people who threw stuff off their porches onto the grass..the gunshots that happened when all the subsidizers had a big party..oh yeah the ----- upstairs also parlayed as a DJ and loved to play her music loud also..people usually like to throw their junk mail on the floor instead of taking it with them and throwing it in their own garbage..you get the idea...this place is really nice but they are starting to let the wrong people live here and its starting to turn into the projects.
