I can't wait for my lease to end...I am counting the days!! The people in the office have got to be some of the stupidest people I have ever met. And they LOVE screwing over the people who live here. When I moved in the rental price of a washer/dryer was $20/mo (very reasonable) and 2 months later they decide to raise it to $40/mo. It's just funny to me how prices that are "subject to change" was never brought to my attention. They can change things all they want, but of course your lease is iron-clad, even if they are the ones who wrote it up incorrectly!
And for the people living here, I think it's pretty safe but I would like to be able to walk to my friend's apartment, which is on the other side of the complex, without being yelled at by young boys playing basketball!
No problem with maintenance at all.
