I see all negative reviews for Canterbury, but it has been a great place in my experience. I personally am yet to hear a noise from any direction as all of my neighbors are great. Other reviewers: don't blame your partying neighbors on Canterbury. Construction is extremely sound, and the noise insulation really works. There is lots of parking. The parking lot can have some trash in it at times, but if you have been to any other complex short of a retirement community you will know that this is the way cities are. It can seem "ghetto" at times too, but this is common for most apartment complexes because normal people use their apartments when they're home, whereas the kids who want to be thugs are always hanging out outside, and therefor become the only faces you see when coming and going. My building has about 80-90% quiet and reserved residents, but you will see the other 10-20% in the stairway five times before you see the majority once; stupid people just like to congregate outside and be in the way. This happens all over the world, so if you're choosing an apartment complex and are in this price range, get used to it!
