The office staff was very nice until you moved in, and then they couldn't care less. The maintenance guys were GREAT! They would fix whatever you asked for them to fix, and were cool about it. The water is horrible, had to get a water softener just to keep my clothes from turning yellow, and then I was yelled at for "altering the apartment" even though it was professionally installed. The walls are thin enough to hear what is going on in the next apartment. The doors and windows leak air, so it's impossible to keep heat in or out. The electric bill in the winter was sometimes over $200 for my two bedroom, it was absolutely absurd. There was plenty of parking, unless there was some junker that was stuck in your lot for months at a time. They only let you use their brand of cable and it sucks, if you want a dish then you have to pay a non-refundable security deposit of $150. There is no internet offered, so you have to get a house phone to get internet, which is really not cool.
