The actual apartments are nice, if small. They cost a ridiculous amount to heat- we had our thermostat set at 67 degrees all winter, freezing our a**'s off, and still paid up to $160 some months (AND we don't even have a washer and dryer). When we were moving in, the staff told us that with the electric heat, 2 bedrooms cost an average of $60/month to heat, which was a blatant lie. The grounds are disgusting. People don't think it's necessary to make sure their garbage gets into the dumpster, there have been dirty diapers lying in the parking lot, and you feel like you are going to catch some disease just from walking to the dumpster because of the amount of disgusting garbage lying around. We have a dog, and always clean up after him, but based on the grounds, we're the only ones who does that. There are always kids running around, swearing, knocking on your door for no reason. Unless you like living with people who care about no one but themselves, DO NOT live here!
