I was soooo sad about this place. They have beautiful new apts and I loved the layout of my 3 bedroom apartment. However, even though apartment living won't block out all noise...I got VERY tired of the parties, upstairs neighbors TV and "other activities" being heard all the time. My husbands job trailer was vandalized, my car was hit while parked and no one cared, and there were teenage boys shooting off some type of GUN in the parking lot! One day while at the pool with a friend and our kids, a teenage girl was stripped of her swim top and hiding in a towel. The "adult" with here then laughed as the boys tried to remove that from her as well! There were always unattended children running around our corner apartment making aweful noise and pretending to arrest each other. And the 3 year old that was knocking on our door unattended at 10pm was unacceptable. The maintanance guys were really great..always prompt and friendly. But the manager was rude and unpleasant especially when I contested a $60 rent hike at renewal time. This prompted our quick retreat to a better place. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their surroundings. And the heating bill was AWEFUL...$250 a month in the winter and I kept the temp at 68F.
