Upon finding this place I thought it was a really good deal seeing that the apartments were far newer than most in the area, but I was quite wrong. Since moving in almost a year ago this place has been a pretty bad experience. The worst part of all is the abundance of bugs. First few months just a lot of little crawly bugs and ants coming in under the door (which maintenance tried to fix several times), but for the past several months there has been a terrible problem with fruit flies, to the point where if you set down a glass of any liquid you will inevitably get a fruit fly in it, as well as having to try and swat them away from you food and face constantly. As others have mentioned, they seem to have really skimped on the noise protection for being such a new complex, as I can hear the music/tv from two apartments over and above at pretty much any given time (which keeps my newborn up sometimes). Another issue has been safety, where several times I have had what appear to be homeless people coming to my apartment door asking for money because their car broke down or because they need to feed their kids, etc.. I have also seen many fights break out on the grounds and seen the police here way too often. I will be breaking my lease early to get out of this hell hole and into a place that is actually worth the cost of living there, and would recommend any others to look into other places (congrats on taking the first step of reading reviews, wish I had...)

Fruit flies aren't the problem of the apartment, they are YOUR problem. Fruit flies thrive on rotting, fermenting food.
