I have lived here with my family for almost a year now and have had lots of problems. The management dose not abide by their own rules and shows no care of the needs of residents. I have called the police on many occasions on the same neighbors for domestic violence. The lease agreement states that if you have 2 police reports against you you would be evicted. This never happened. There is a huge problem with trash at the compactor. for the price I pay i expect the management to be able to do the job they are being payed for.
