While the office and maintenance staff are very nice and the apartments themselves are nice inside (having own washer and dryer and being allowed pets a plus), the corporate people are terrible. They won't allow the staff to hire the amount of personnel needed to keep up the appearance of the complex. They also do not respond to tennant complaints. There is one trash compactor for the 200 or so units and it is insufficient. People must constantly wade through other people's trash to take out their trash. It's nasty. Also, when people leave their trash outside the compactor, maintenance will dig through it to find out whose it is and charge them. Somewhat helpful, but it is very dangerous for them to dig through trash (needles' etc.). Basically, the corporate management could care less what goes on there as long as the money comes in for them. They don't care at all about the tennants. You are just a body. I would not recommend living there unless you want to hear a whole lot of "Fill out this complaint form and we'll fax it to corporate and they will get back with you!" It's not the office personnel's fault, it's the policy, but what is the point of the office staff if they aren't allowed to make any decisions'
