I have lived at Cedar Trail for a year and six months now. My first year was not to bad. I had a problem with maintnence going into my apartment, but that quickly was changed. I also had my car broken into in a matter of 5 minutes, literally. The worst part of this complex has come within the last few months, they are now under new management (Alliance). Maintnence is HORRIBLE. I have service requests waiting still from 3 months ago, not little requests either, some pretty major ones. They have upped rent for no reason without any notice. It's already an over priced complex. I have spoken to management, she told me things would change and have not a month later. In the winter, the side walks arent even salted or shoveled. I personally have busted my butt a few times walking out. I work in property management and dont recommend this place to anyone I come in contact with. If they would get rid of the new management, I feel they would be a better place to rent from. Kendra is basically the only positive thing they have going for them.
