Cedar Trail was the worst place to live! The walls were thin so I could here everything. I mean EVERYTHING! The insulation was poor. Average electric/gas bill was over $100. Barely ran air conditioner. Management was unorganized, poorly ran. They never switched the electric into my name or even switched it out of my name when I moved out. So then I was billed for over $300 of past due electric/gas, when I moved out of the apartment 5 months prior. This also happened to others that lived in my building. The "wooden" floors which were actually laminate flooring shifted throughout the begining. Eventually I had about a 2 inch gap between the flooring and the door to my bedroom. The flooring also had air bubbles with over a foot length in the hallway. I paid an extra $50 for these so called "hard wood floors." Throughout the year lease I never felt safe. There were two incidents of fire in my building alone, my car was broken into and also others throughout the complex all at different times. I would never recommend anyone to live here!

For future reference, it is YOUR responsibility to put the electric into you name and to then remove it. All it takes is a 30 second phone call!
