I lived in Cedar Trail Apts. about 1-year-ago. The apartment itself was okay. Carpeting was new, appliances old but working. The management was pretty nice and helpful, nothing too bad to say about them as a whole. What I do have to complain about are the residents there...ghetto! The people below us were constantly cooking up something very strong and there was a permanant stench from their apartment floating into ours through the vents..it was almost unbearable! Not only that, but they had like 9-people crammed into their 2-bedroom apartment, including kids that were always yelling and screaming outside our door. There was always the smell of marijuana as well, it was nasty! Also common was the sound of loud hoopties bumping their bass throughout the night..ughh...more than anything, the place was an obnoxious place to live.
