I've lived at Cedar Trails for two years now and have recommended it to three people who have moved or are moving in. I live on the third floor and have had no problem with crime. It helps if you don't keep anything valuable in the car.

No problem with noise aside from a downstairs neighbor who kept her music turned up too loud from the night she moved in. Good thing she was only here a few months. Other than that, I have had no noise problems.

I have had minor issues with maintenance, but it was only for cosmetic repairs. A leaky toilet was fixed within a couple of days.

Kendra is great. Very nice and is somehow able to remember everyone's name.

My place overlooks the middle of the complex so I don't have the problem with noise from other "ghetto-y" complexes nearby.

When I first moved to Kalamazoo I lived at Nottingham apartments down the road. They were beat up then (1993-94) and are infinitely worse now. Cedar Trail is cleaner, cheaper and safer.
