I was reluctant to move into these apartments as a friend of mine had lived here before and had a few problems. There was a drug dealer living in the building. Need I say more. I decided to move there because the rent is inexspensive and I wanted to live a little closer to campus.

The apartment complex is now under new management, and some of the issues that former tenants were concerned about have been taken care of. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly, and the maintenance staff is very friendly. The leasing agents and the office manager are extremly nice as well. Some of the more violent characters that were living in the area no longer live there. I have a few door dings on my car due to other tenants, but my car has never been broken into since I started living here. It's always easy to find a parking spot close to your building, and most of the parking lots are fairly well lit. There are a lot of college students here, but I haven't had many problems with them either. It's never extremely noisy, even on the weekends. The apartments are a little small, but so are most apartments in this price range.

The location isn't too bad. Close to the high way, some restaurants, and campus. Overall, I would say this is a nice place to live.
