I ve lived here for almost a year. My apartment was supposed to be new interiors ( drywall, carpet, cabinets). After one month my apartment was covered in Mold. I asked to be relocated and was denied. Since then we had a water leak from apt. above. I called maintenance, they cleaned up the water and left the wet damaged drywall as it was. It has been 6 months now with hanging moldy drywall in my bathroom. My heater goes out constantly, they say it is from the entry door shutting. My electric bill also has been absolutly outrageous.

The staff is really nice, however that has nothing to do with the condition of my apartment. It is cheap to live here, spend the extra money and go to a nicer place.
