My neighbors pay a lot less rent. It's been going up and the location doesn't seem to be worth it once you settle in and learn how small and inefficient the apartment is. It's drafty and cold in winter, the electric and heating bills ran to $80/month. What's really disgusting is the bathtub is so narrow the shower curtain hugs you from what's called "the vacuum effect" while you shower. The hallway stinks from cooking and nasty odors will seep into your apartment by dinnertime.

People who don't live here drive through as a shortcut from Drake to Stadium. They tailgate to get out faster.

The laundry room can't fit 2 people in it at a time and the washers are too small for $1.25. Oh, another crap thing is that you are actually double charged for your water because you have to pay to do your laundry and you have to pay a water bill on top of that. They divide their water bill and their sewer bill up amongst the building and then for that convenience they also add a monthly service fee.

Car break-ins still happen, that could be due to the two exits to two main roads. Driving in from Drake theres a DEEP dip in the road.
