I lived here for 2 yrs while in college. The free heat was good and I might say I was with the unit that I got.
However, most of the things said about management are very true and some. I'll say no more
Of course, I was not given a dime back of my deposit.
Make sure you see your unit before you rent if you must
The laundry sometimes made my clothes dirtier, so I stopped using it.
Water from the tap was sometimes brown - muddy!
