This is a very quiet complex tucked away where everyone's seen it but no one's heard of it. That works in your favor as the neighbors are all more mature people as opposed to college students. The complex is quiet. All buildings are one story so there's no need to lug furniture up a staircase. All walls are doubled up so you can't hear the neighbors next door and you never get a complaint that you are too loud.

The landlord is a great guy who will work with you on anything you need and you can tell they care about each of their tenants.
