I'm sad to leave such a nice community! The people are friendly and the apartments are quiet and comfortable. My only regret is that I can't knock out the wall to add another bedroom (I'm only moving because we're gaining a roommate). When my family comes to visit their impressed by how homey it feel's here. There's no second floor so there's no foosteps to keep you up at night, the walls are double insulated to keep sound out and heat in. If you're looking for modern then stop reading this right now, it's an older apartment complex, up to date and very clean but I wouldn't call it a "modern" place. Feel free to paint the walls, hang pictures and plant a garden, they're very laid back here! There's tree's covering the grounds and a special area to take your dog when they need to go out. Dogs are welcomed all over the complex but there's an area with doggie bags allready out there for easy clean up. The only negative is that you can expect your electric bill to be a little higher because it's electric heat, winter was pricey but summer (even with a/c running) was pretty cheap. I only hope I can find another place that compares!
