We only lived at Clayborne for 5 months but everything from the management, maintainence, parking, and price was terrific. Yes, the apartments are small and two people in a one bedroom can be tight at times. But the kitchen is large and the extra storage allows to keep things out of the way. They are not for the many college students looking to party all the time but perfect for a grad student finishing up at WMU, a transplanted professional for a temporary stay, or a senior wanting peace and quiet.

We're leaving because of a new job and management has been extremely helpful in the process, even finding someone to move in and really working to save us money. Not the type of thing you see from many places. In 7 years in Kalamazoo we've lived in 8 different complexes around town, Clayborne takes the cake because they actually care about you and your experience as a tenant. Wish we could take the coomplex with us.
