Clayborne was my absolute favorite apartment ever! The manager is very nice and always promptly resolved any issues (which there rarely were any!). The apartment itself was very nice and cozy-- it was nice to have the storage upstairs and the w/d hook ups, along with the private entrance and patio. There's plenty of room to walk dogs or go jogging. The neighbors were all friendly, and the walls are well insulated so I never heard the neighbors' noises.

The only drawback was the lack of a dishwasher and the electric heat, which got a bit expensive in the winter. It was well worth it though!
