The office staff here is very friendly, and the rent is very cheap-- but you get what you pay for. The apartments are small, but adequate. The hot water comes out brown a lot of the time. I've seen the police around a couple of times, too... so that's scary. But if you don't have a lot of money, this is the place to go. Rent and bills are very cheap-- I have a roommate, and even with DSL, we each only pay about $330 a month. (that includes rent, gas, water, phone, cable, and DSL)
