I lived in Concord Place Apts. from August 2002 to August 2003. At first, things were not bad. When the weather started to warm up in the spring, all hell broke loose.

We had bugs, and there was brown water stains coming from our air conditioner and from the ceiling in the bathroom. Gunshots became a regular occurance, along with the neighbors upstairs blaring their stereo EVERY DAY for hours upon hours. Drunks and other weirdos knocking on the front door asking for money or a ride or to use your bathroom. Checking the mail was scary! You'd never know what you'd run into!

I never got up enough courage to even try swimming in the pool. In the wintertime, the snow plow truck would plow your car INTO the space... how nice, huh'

Oh and in repsonse to the person who wrote the comments titled: "Excellent maintenance/grounds, but low rent tenants". I was still living there when the bottle rockets thing started, I remember that! I was so used to the gunshots and sirens, I thought someone was shot. There was a time where I was driving up to my building and I saw at the building next to mine that one of the cars had bullet holes in the windshield. That's when I seriously started looking around for somewhere else to live.

Although the parking was good, and the rent was really good. I wouldn't recommend Concord if my life depended on it. I wouldn't wish that upon anyone.
