My friend and I lived at Concord Place Apts for two years,Overall I would not recomend it.You have to deal with strangers sitting on the steps in front of your apartment everynight getting drunk and being loud,As well as having to worry about your car being broke into.If you are a single female you have to go to bed evrynight feeling scared that someone might break down your door or come through your window and rape you.In the summer at the pool you get harrased by nasty people who refuse to leave you alone even after you tell thm you have a boyfriend.My advice if you are considering this place is to go and investigate your potential new neighbors before settling in here.Get an extra chain lock put on your door and never leave your curtains open for the crack heads to window shop in.If you are going to live here please don't live here alone.Also the office staff and Managers are completely rude and uncaring to what is going on around them.Maitenance takes to long to respond to moise complaints and even then they don't do anything about it.Also the office will tell the person who complained on them.When they feed you all of the lies before you move in take my advice,Don't by into it..You are better off paying a little more to live somewhere nicer.
