My roomate and I wanted to live in an apartment just for the school year, so Concord seemed like the answer. Our nieghbors were not too bad, but other people around us were pretty scary. I think someone across the street from us died...but I am not sure. There were times that I felt unsafe. When I would come home late at night I would make sure my roomate was watching me walk up to the door. The rent was cheap and it was nice to be able to break the lease but thats about it. Everyone calls Concord Place the "Ghetto" I understand why. Sometimes the water was brown. I am never living here again.
