Ok where do I start.... These kaffirs that live downstairs of me smoke ganja from sunrise to sunset--I thought I was back in da carribean da way they were puffing it up down there. After every weekend I would return from Ann Arbor, I swear my apartment will smell like the dollar stores fragrance with ganja in there too. They would play da music at night all night.
Secondly, Im asthmatic, and the front office people wanted me to pay an additional $150 if I decided to move to another building even though I had a perfectly legimate doctors letter indicating that I could not have stayed above these kaffirs! I tell ya, so much for da greed of money. I ended up risking my health just so that I could save on $150 plus any other additional liability charges that they might've applied, had I moved to another building.
The apartment inside stinks!! In the cold winter, sometimes I had to sleep with the windows open so that the smell from downstairs could escape. I dont know how many millions of times I complained about these fools, I even called to police on em. During da day I see them deal ganja in there cars in da street and everynight at 1am I here a ganja customer knock loud on da door.
I tell ya, if you need to save some money on rent go somewhere else please. Too much noise from downstairs, the bloody trucks on US131 and da train at 5 in da morning
Dont not live at Concord Place Apartments.
Its like living in third world!
