Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
so within one weekend...i was flooded out...4 feets deep, then robbed, then my car was broken into. the renter people tried to sue me for damages!!! there was also really creepy shady people wandering around...then even though i cleaned everyday...we got an ant infestation, with roaches and spiders too....very unsafe.
