Unlike some of the negative comments that I read on here, my stay at Concord was great!! It is a great place for the price. I stayed here for about 9 months and have experienced no problems. I stayed in a building close to the entrance and it was rather quiet so I had no problems with any neighbors. Once I did hear arguing through the vents in my bathroom :-/

Pros: Water and gas is included, cheap rent, prompt maintenance, great parking, nice clubhouse, bus passes right through complex, breakable lease.

Cons:
**Heat (During the winter, my apartment was always HOT...I had the heat OFF and had to walk around with little/no clothes on and keep the windows open just to be relaxed)

**Water (sometimes I experienced yellow water...once in the middle of a shower!!)

**People (the people upstairs from me had to have been practicing for a wrestling match because I could always hear them slamming on the floor or running around like their place was empty)

**Cable (you are restricted to their cable services, which does not include a lot of good channels)

**During the summer I did see spiders but once I sprayed raid throughout my place, no more bug problems.

Overall, I would recommend this place especially if you just need a temporary place to stay like me.
