I just moved here in June. I really like it so far, the rent is very reasonable, we got lucky and have very quiet neighbors. As some have mentioned, we have had the occasional people sitting on the steps, always harmless though. We had one incident where a guy knocked on our door at about 2 am and wanted us to party with him, but he was very polite when we asked him to leave. Another problem was once someone jam packed a dumpster full of garbage and it took two days for maintenance to tend to it, however we had to have a couple things addressed in our apt and maintenance was there within minutes, very friendly and polite. I would highly reccomend this place if you are looking for reasonable living. If you have looked inside Gull Run, the insides are comparable, new carpet, fresh paint, ALL new appliance, spacious living room and bedroom. As far as other reviews say about people wondering around I have seen hardly any of this, it is not bad at all, I have never once felt unsafe, I work second shift so I get home late, and have yet to see any suspicious activity. If you decide to lease here, talk to Jennifer, she is really great, Joyce is very rude
