I think i had just about one of the worst experiences...
I got into a bind w/ an old roomate and at the last minute (2 days be4 christmas) ending up moving in. They were awefully helpfull in getting me right in --and the apartment was decent, small, but decent. The first time i took a shower there i didn't feel like i got wet--the pressure--well what pressure'..n/m i took matters into my own hands and bought a new shower head. Then my neighbor upstairs i can hear his every move and he'd blair movies and video games at 2 and 3AM and then randomly vaccum at these times as well.. i complained to the office and they didn't care. I told them mold was growing in my apartment and they told me to wipe it off with bleach. A girl (or 2) moved in next to me, blasts their music all day and night..the apartment below me has changed 3 different people in the year i've not-even been there. No Dishwasher :( plenty of parking but... My boyfriend's liscence plate was stolen off his car. The lamp pole in the parking lot fell on my bronco, the manager left a note saying "we're aware of the light pole call the office" then proceeded to leave it on my bronco for at least a week be4 i said something for them to remove it. Maintence came to fix my towel bar that broke off in the shower and ended up just kinda shoving it back into the holders (not really fixing it at all) and also left a giant mess of chunks of the wall all over the floor-and the cement stuff all over the sink area and toliet seat. Then my towel bar outside the shower falls out relentlessly--so i can't hang anything on it...closet doors don't really open and close all that well, my slider door sucks to --i can barely open the thing. Needless to say i don't complain about anything anymore because they don't seem to care and i don't ask them to fix anything, because it doesn't really get fixed.
