I just moved out of Concord a few months ago; it wasn't terrible. It's a bummer about the 'No Pets' policy, but everyone (including me) still had one. You have to sign a form stating that you'll pay for the carpeting to be replaced if you're caught with a pet.
The water pressure was AWFUL! They waste so much water on the stupid lawns that there's not any left to take a shower with! I'm not being whiny, either. I would dread taking a shower, I couldn't even feel the water on my scalp. We'd have the same bar of soap for over a month!
There was a guy who lived on the 3rd floor (where we stayed) and I'm pretty sure he was a dealer. People coming and going all hours. His baby momma banging on MY door with 5 kids asking if he's in MY apartment. I had friends over and we all just looked at her like she was crazy. Then, he has another woman over and here comes the baby momma again banging on HIS door now at 3am demanding to be let in (I'm guessing he had another woman over). That lasted about an hour. Then there was the drug deal that went sour at midnight a few days later. Looking through my peep hole, I saw 2 guys beating up another guy then him getting SLAMMED against MY DOOR and getting beat up on my DOOR! There was one shot fired in the parking lot a few minutes later...We never saw the guy again (''').
I'm guessing the walls are 'paper thin' because the hermit girl who stayed below us would always bang on her ceiling for ANY amount of noise. Even a tapping of a finger on a futon one evening sent her in to hysterics. I prefer to stay on the 3rd floor, so I never heard any noise.
The layout kind of sucks, but you get what you pay for.

That is true. I am here now. water pressure is a HUGE problem. AND i also see drug deals. im in 1303. ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK. its a everyday thing and its kinds scary and black guys always bang on my door. its annoying and i cant stand it. i will be out of here next semester for sure!
