Place sucks. Tons of parking spaces, no restrictions for visitor parking. Plowing is iffy, always salt the walkways though. Price isn't too high, 420 for a one bedroom and like 530ish for a two bedroom. 70 channels for like 30 bucks. Bathroom is pretty small. Staff is mostly nice. They will tell you, you can break the lease at any time, but when I tried to they said it would be $500. I can hear the people above me, word for word, and their TV is easy to hear also. They wont tell you this but you have to buy your own blinds and you cant use blankets or they will fine you. Laundry room eats quarters, and they wont refund you. They do work REALLY (!!!!) early in the morning, garbage truck is there at 8am sometimes, along with people mowing the grass. Heat doesn't go on very high. Only one jack for cable...so don't plan on watching tv in your bedroom. Water pressure isn't consistent, gets hot and cold, the water pressure continues to drop when you shower

EDIT: So I just wanted to update and say I pretty much hate this place now. All of my neighbors are extremely loud, people in the parking lot bump their systems for long periods of time at any time of the day. The complex has multiple hoses running all over the place for sprinklers and it just looks terrible..not to mention that they spray in the parking lot a lot of the time. I just payed my rent ONE day late (on the 2nd) and they charged me an extra 20 bucks... so stupid. It is so ghetto here I just put in my 30 days so I can get the hell away from this place and live in a peaceful place where I can get some sleep. internet has been out several times in the past month, and they never know when it's going to be back on. This place sucks ass, it's HORRID. When my girlfriend complained about the neighbors and asked them to see if they could get them to quiet them down, they said, they "couldn't guarantee it would work". Well if its your apartment complex you could get them to quiet down if you actually gave a ---- about your tenants. RUN, RUN AWAY FAST
