I lived here in a crappy, dirty apartment for about 2 1/2 months and it was horrible! I would call the police about once a week because of people fighting outside or huge parties with drunk people/drivers wreaking havoc everywhere. There would be kids pulling the fire alarms, the water wouldn't work numerous times and I had to go to my mothers house to shower before work. I had a crackhead literally fall off their third floor balcony at about 3 in the morning on a weeknight and nobody even seemed to care. I had to hold them to the ground while she tried to fight me off because her head was completely split open and her nose was broken until the ambulance got there. I've had to get two aids tests since then because I ended up covered in blood. Then to top it all off, while I was out of town, the maintenance person let unlocked the door to my apartment and let his neighbor (the 30 year old drug dealer that lived with his mom below the maintenance man) into my apartment as he claimed to be my boyfriend. My boyfriends $3000 laptop was stolen, along with everything down to my shower curtain, all the clothes, and even my couch were taken. I decided to hold off on legal action for the time being as my brother works for the same company, just in a waaaaay better city/community and I didn't want him being effected by this, but told them that my boyfriend may still want to take action (I was in the process of moving out anyways so it was mostly my boyfriends stuff that was stolen). I told them to terminate my lease and I would just walk away. Then they had the nerve to try to take me to court to be evicted. I was told that the lease was completely terminated already! The property manager was a complete jerk and told me that it was my problem and that he wouldn't do anything to help. I had to end up getting a lawyer in the end just to get the lease terminated two months after I was told it was already done. I even had to have police officers drive around my current complex 2-3 times a day because of threats on my life do to this all! Security had to walk me to my car at work. I cannot possibly describe to you how horrible this place is. For your own safety don't move there!!!!!
