I have lived at Concord for 3 years with no problems. My neighbors have said there cars were broken into but both of them left there doors unlocked. My rent is $430 a month and the staff here is great. The trash is always picked up and the lawns mowed nicely. I had a noisy neighbor for a while and i complained over and over again. But eventually they kicked them out. I asked for new cabinents since I had some old brown ones and they told me it would be no problem to replace them. The maintenance guy had them installed within a day or two. The last post said it cost $200 to hook up to cable' I lost my job a while back and they disconnected me for not paying. WHen I hooked up again it was like $15 plus what I owed. Dont konw what they are smoking! I was just looking for a place for a friend and saw these posts. Sounds like a bunch of people who are mad over other stuff. I like living here and its about all I can afford right now
