I have lived here for a month now and have had no problems. When I do find something that needs to be done I go and address it and it usually gets taken care of. I moved into the brand new buildings and sure there are bugs to work out and bugs to kill. The office management is great and professional. Sometimes it gets loud, but it is easily taken care of. Very nice accomadations with my 1 bedroom townhouse that includes a garage in my unit, even better than the other side where you have to walk to your building from the garage. All the others who said this place sucks were probably mad because they got kicked out for being too drunk and loud when they had parties.

This seems like something posted by management: the review is objective and professional and reads as a sales pitch as the author recounts his positive experiences with the "great and professional" sales staff and reflects upon the "very nice accomadations" [sic]...then takes a dig at those who have posted negative comments by suggesting they aren't credible as they "were probably mad because they got kicked out for being too drunk and loud when they had parties." A defensive (and seemingly angry) comment that lashes out like this combined with the glowing, "sales pitchy" comments about the apartments suggests that management is behind this. Just some food for thought.
