My apartment is nice, and spacious. I can't believe how small some of the area apartments are. I searched many apartments and the offices scared me as much as the apartments. I liked the presentation of Cooper's Landing staff and the landscaping is nice. I moved in expecting the customer service to go down hill after move in, due to past apartment communities. I was surprised to see that maintenance responded to my request for pictures to be hung within 2 hours of my call. The manager actually showed me my apartment, and was the person I leased from. I was happy to see that she was active in the office and not hiding in the backround never to be found. I have lived here now for 4 months and it's the best apartment I've ever lived in. My past experiences have included thin walls, rude staff, and car break-ins. I am an apartment pro now and know what to look for.
