We have lived in Coopers Landing for just over 2 months now. This is the noisiest apartment I have ever lived in. We have the Centipede family upstairs - only 4 people, but who sound like 64 on the stairs & can't leave the building without a lot of loud talking/yelling. The heavy pot/cigarette smokers who were just evicted downstairs. We could smell smoke throughout our apartment every time they lit up.
When there was a cat trapped in our row of garges (they are seperated, but open along the inside roof line), the girl in the office acted like I was a pian in the butt and making up stories- she didn't seem to understand that I didn't appreciate the scratches on our car where the cat had climbed up and down.
Right now there are (I am hoping) maintenance people who are yelling at each other and listening to a loud radio. This started at 8.30 this morning.
We think of this crappy place as a pricey ghetto & cannot wait to get the hell out.
