My fiance and I have lived in the townhomes sence April 2004. The first year was great but after that we have had numerious problems.
*Had to spend days buffing car because the sprinklers were spraying our vehicles in the parking lot and it left streaks down them
*Fiance's vehicle was broken into
*Water heater was broke for 2 months before it was completly fixed
*Broken glass in parking lot from beer bottles
*Noisy drunk neibors
*People driving through yards and on sidewalks where people walk their dogs and push their children in strollers

The last few months if have felt very unsafe living in these apartments. We are strongly concidering moving out and would not recommend people to move in here even though we would have a year ago.

ok first of all.. why are you so obsessed with your car that you're willing to sit outside all day just to wipe the water from the sprinkler off of it? get a life, don't sweat the small stuff.
