I would like to say that I have lived here at Cooper's Landing for over a year. Everything I have to say about the apartments or staff is positive. The maintenance crew that we currently have are outstanding and very attentative. I normally would not respond to such a survey. However, after reading the derogratory comments I feel that I should. The community is very large and I am sure there are a few unhappy customers as you would expect. Those wishing to "vent" personal issues here probably should try to keep the personal attacks from others. If you have an issue, try to work it out with the staff. They are more than willing to make this a nice community. I have and will continue to recommend this community to others as some have also moved in here and are very pleased.
