My fiance and I toured Coopers Landing a few months ago and pretty much fell in love with it! We came back a few weeks ago, pretty much set on our decision; however, the woman who helped us out in the office this time was INCREDIBLY RUDE! She pretty much threw a set of keys at us and told us to bring them back when we were done. We had several questions because we know what we want, and we want to make sure that we make a wise decision. She did not provide us with any information, and we left frustrated with her lack of help. We noticed several negative reviews on here that mention the same thing about the office staff, and we are now VERY hesitant to choose Coopers Landing, for fear that we will immediately regret it. However, we do not want to live in college housing anymore because we want to be able to focus on our future without so many distractions, and we have not had much luck elsewhere. We are looking for something more low key, and more family/adult oriented. What is the atmosphere like there' What are the pros and cons of living there' Any advice that current residents can offer to us would be GREATLY, GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

Don't know if you've come to a decision by now or not, but I wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed living at Coopers Landing for the past year. I never had a problem with the staff, but then again you really don't deal with them much. You don't even pay rent to them- you do in online or mail it in. I called a couple times for maintenence and they were nice enough. Sorry you had a bad experience, but I hope you don't rule out Coopers Landing because of that. I think it's a great place to live. I just wrote a review that you may find useful, too.

It's cement playground; the ladies at the front desk are complete morons and should be fired - whoever hired them is not the brightest crayon in the box. They are terrible to look at (sloppy, food on their shirts and extremely rude). I have heard many complaints about them and when I went to look at an apartment there, the mere fact that I even may possibly have to deal with them again made me reconsider living at coopers landing.
