Awesome Maintanence

I have lived at coopers landing for 3 years now and enjoy it. The people are very nice and helpful. The thing i like the most is that the maintenance guy Josh is very nice and friendly. He responds very quickly to my household needs and gets them done properly above and beyond his job. Thank you Josh, keep up the good work! On the other hand the office ladies could take a manners class except Gina, she is the only one that gets things done properly and friendly in a timely manner. Overall i have enjoyed living here.
